Refund policy
Given the medicinal nature of STUD 100®, we only offer refunds for:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Defective or faulty products
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.
How to Get a Refund
Email pint@poundinternational.net within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
We'll review your request within 1-2 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- 3-5 business days to process the refund
- 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
What's Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Requests after 48 hours
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
- Missing packages (contact USPS first)
