Refund policy

Given the medicinal nature of STUD 100®, we only offer refunds for:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Defective or faulty products

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.

 

How to Get a Refund

Email pint@poundinternational.net within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Your order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the issue

We'll review your request within 1-2 business days.

 

Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • 3-5 business days to process the refund
  • 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

 

What's Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Requests after 48 hours
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers
  • Missing packages (contact USPS first)
